These workshops are for anyone who is looking for support for their home yoga practice.

Yoga at Imbolc

At The Hayloft, Palmers Road, Emsworth, PO10 7DL
Cost: £42 each (£37 IYT members)

Imbolc is the Festival of Earth Awakening; the Celebration of the Divine Spark of Inspiration. We will practice asana, pranayama and meditation to awaken our own selves and take a walk in the meadow to be inspired by the earth stirring. Bring lunch to share.

Nestled on the cliff tops overlooking St Brides Bay, St Nons is a great place to come to rest and renew.  There will be plenty of great yoga, delicious vegetarian food, and a chance to do some coastal path walking.
